This is a high intensity class with a fun atmosphere, and caters for all abilities. The instructor incorporates many different types of equipment including kettlebells, prowlers and battle ropes, to name a few.
This class does exactly what it says on the tin; High Intensity Interval Training. So if you are looking for something that is short, intense and will burn body fat then these sessions are perfect for you.
These classes are ideal if you want a full body workout, focussing on strength and muscular endurance. The instructor will include different exercises using a range of equipment to help keep you engaged in the session and will push you to your limits.
