Personal Trainer in Tunbridge Wells: With my background in Applied Physiology, Biomechanics and Sports Psychology, my goal is to transfer my knowledge and skills into the fitness industry in order to help individuals understand what their body needs and what it can achieve in terms of training, nutrition, and psychology and how to implement that into their lifestyle without having to sacrifice other aspects of their life.

Using a science-based framework combined with a holistic approach to training, my aim is to help clients create realistic and sustainable lifestyle changes in order to reach their personal and fitness goals, both inside and outside of the gym. 

In a constantly evolving fitness industry, I believe it’s important to focus on each individual as a whole and ensure the correct plan is actioned to accomplish their goals, alongside recognition of individual core values and beliefs.

I offer 1-to-1 personal training sessions, individualised programming, additional female specific services (i.e., cycle mapping) and sports conditioning services (i.e., sport specific training) to build strong and functional bodies.
