From the moment I first stepped into a kickboxing gym, I knew where I wanted to be. I have been training and fighting in kickboxing and muay thai since I was 11 years old and I have represented England multiple times. Winning National, European and World honours for my country.

 I love using my knowledge and experience to train others and I find great pride in seeing my clients progress and develop. I have worked with people of all levels, from professional champions and amateurs to those wanting to train purely for fitness and confidence in a tough-but-fun environment. I always look to bring energy to inspire others to be their best!
