I initially started training due to wanting to feel confident and lose some weight, I ended up falling in love with training. Once moving into personal training, I started transforming clients’ physiques and mindsets. Building their confidence in the gym, allowing clients to gain muscle and lose fat. I aim to show clients they are capable of so much more than they believe, my approach is health focused and I look to start by creating habits in and outside of the gym which aid a healthy lifestyle. Customised training plans are essential and I always take clients’ preferences into account while making workouts because creating consistency in training will come from satisfaction and enjoyment while you are in the gym. In order to create sustainable gym/life balance I look to work with clients to find a version of ‘healthy’ that works for them. 

My own training style has a strong focus on bodybuilding and physique development, due to competing in bodybuilding shows. Outside of my competitive season I have found that feeling strong has increased my confidence in and outside of the gym. Despite prioritizing my training around strength; I choose a health focused approach, looking at my cardiovascular, stability and mobility in daily life.
