I completed my personal training course in 2021 due to having tunnel vision for training and nutrition. Once moving into the field I learned to utilise my own training methods, such as training with intensity and mental strength over physical to increase muscle hypertrophy. This aids my clients to achieve their goals and push them beyond what they believe they are capable of, all while building confidence in the gym. Customised plans are an essential, not only for building strength or achieving weight loss but making training enjoyable based on individual needs to promote retention. I believe in finding balance between training and having social life, in which I support and encourage throughout your journey. It is extremely important for you to love the process and have a sustainable plan to fit into your lifestyle.
My own training style has a strong focus on bodybuilding and physique development, due to preparing to compete for a few bodybuilding shows this year. However I prioritise strength in lots of my movements and believe this increases satisfaction in training due to progression in training performance often being quicker to progress than some physique development goals.
