Personal Trainer in Tunbridge Wells: Having been active and studied dance from a young age I have developed a deep interest and appreciation of healthy movement patterns, and the essential role they play in our day to day lives. When I am not at the gym training or outside running, I am lucky enough to be involved in dance contracts in film and television. I firmly believe that strength training has made it possible for me to continue doing this.

My style of training is a combination of bodyweight and free weight movements to build muscle, as well as improve power, balance, and stability. I speak to women all the time who want to start lifting; who understand how vital it is build strength for the future, but they lack the confidence to start. They also want to improve their physique and feel more confident in how they look, as well as feel. As a mum, I have felt that sense of lost identity when it came to my body post children and how challenging it can feel to start over. It’s never too late to start. I want to help people overcome any barriers to exercise that they may be facing, offering them a long term training plan that fits into and enhances their day-to-day lives.

Having recently trained for and completed a Hyrox event in London I am also keen to help those ready to take on a challenge and venture into the world of Hyrox indoor fitness racing. It’s an incredible way to build both physical and mental endurance, which can transfer over into other aspects of life.
