Diet and exercise seems to be getting more and more complicated and there seems to be an increasing number of polarising opinions out there promoted as stone cold facts. Truth is that there appear to be many ways to get fitter, leaner and healthier.

My job, as I see it, is to help you navigate through all of the unnecessary white noise and plot the most direct course to lead you to your goals.

Having spent the last 13 years in emergency services I understand what it’s like for diet and exercise not to be at the forefront of anyone’s mind. Hitting my macros wasn’t as important as finding a food shop that was still open – shift work is as much fun as it sounds.

So I’m not going to delude myself and imagine you’re here to pop chicken and broccoli in the blender for 3 meals a day just because the coach tells you to. But I’d like to convince you that it is possible to achieve truly remarkable results, whilst living in the real world having responsibilities such as work, family commitments and a strong dislike for chicken and broccoli.

What can you expect if you decide to work with me? Training Programs and Nutritional Plans are the practical tools of our trade and whilst they’re crucial if you’re to make any sort of progress, I’m also excited at the prospect of being able to employ potent mindset techniques which will prove to be a game changer when your enthusiasm wanes and discipline dies.
