For as long as I can remember, I have been interested in the world of muscle building, nutrition, fat loss and sport. At the age of 7 I took up Taekwon-do, and started training in my dad’s small gym in his garage. I loved reading the muscle books and watching my dad train; seeing his determination and hard work as he lifted the old steel weights about.
Twenty years later my passion and interest has developed even further and I want to share that passion with people I meet; helping them to achieve their goals and get the results they want.
I thrive on helping others and do what I can to develop my knowledge and skills so I can provide the best service I can. It gives me great pride and happiness helping people on their fitness journeys and watching them flourish.
I aim to provide an expert service, with bespoke training programmes, friendly and professional 1 on 1 coaching, nutritional plans and the support you want and need to help keep you on the right track. My goal is to expand my knowledge and expertise as much as I can, through courses and reading material, so I can provide you with the best coaching experience.
